​Welcome to Global Tiles Ltd. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, due to natural variations in tile production (especially with natural stone or batch-processed tiles), there may be slight differences in color, texture, or finish between samples and delivered goods.

We recommend ordering a sample before making a final purchase to ensure the product suits your needs.

2. Ordering Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct product(s) are selected.

  • Sufficient quantities are ordered, including an allowance for cuts, wastage, and future repairs (typically an additional 10–15%).

We are not liable for shortfalls or over-ordering once the order has been placed and processed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

4. Delivery

We will deliver your goods to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).

Upon Delivery:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all goods immediately upon arrival.

  • Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Goods are in original, unused condition and in original packaging.

  • The return has been authorised by our team.

  • Courier costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Exceptions:

  • End-of-stock and clearance items are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any products purchased from our store.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability of the product for their intended purpose and to follow proper installation guidelines.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

8. Stock Availability and Lead Times

While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, occasionally an item may be out of stock at the time of your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your order in full, we will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to advise you of the current stock status and provide an estimated lead time.

For many Italian and Spanish tiles, lead times can be up to 6 weeks, depending on supplier schedules and shipping times.

You will then be given the option to:

  • Proceed with the order and wait for the stock to arrive, or

  • Cancel the order for a full refund.

We understand that timelines are important, and we’ll do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.
