At Global Tiles Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding courier/shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:

Tiles must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please contact our customer service team prior to sending any items back, so we can assist with the return process.

End of Stock Lines
Please note that end of stock or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
We take great care in packing and shipping your tiles. However, mistakes can occasionally happen.

All deliveries must be inspected upon receipt.

Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photos and a detailed description of any issues when contacting us.
After 48 hours, we are unable to accept responsibility for damages or discrepancies.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
